The project is 30-40% complete, with roughly €9 million already invested in construction. A zoning change application submitted to the government has successfully passed the initial stage of approvals and awaits final approval. This change will permit the addition of two extra floors, increasing the development's gross usable area to over 15,000 square metres.
Construction timelines see completion within 18-24 months allowing full operations in FY 2026.
